In the brewery Fort Lapin it all starts with the best quality. It is the purpose to offer high-end quality beers, produced in their own brewery and based on home made recipies .
Of course this is only possible by working with the best ingredients, by keeping it at small scale and by combining this with years of experience and lots of enthusiasm.
The hops are selected together with the hop farmer. So far they only brew with Belgian Hops.
