Brasserie du Goulot, founded in 2020 in Roubaix, relocated in 2022 to Wimereux on the Côte d’Opale.
In 2022, we carried out a turnkey project for Brasserie du Goulot, which included the installation of an automated malt dosing system, a 10 hl automated brewhouse, six 20 hl fermentation tanks, an automatic CIP unit, as well as automatic bottle and keg filling lines, the latter two supplied by CIME CAREDDU. We managed the entire engineering, installation, and commissioning of the brewery and continue to provide after-sales support to ensure smooth operations.
