In 2022, we completed a turnkey project for Stadsbrouwerij RoodNoot, a 5 hl brewpub located in a monumental farmhouse from 1880 on the border of Utrecht and Leidsche Rijn. Due to the limited ceiling height of 3 meters, we designed a custom installation to fit perfectly within the historic building. Our work encompassed the entire process of engineering, installation, and commissioning. Stadsbrouwerij RoodNoot serves as a meeting place for local residents and city dwellers, and also provides employment opportunities for individuals distanced from the labor market.
