The Craft Brewery Quatre Pays is located on the side of the road in a converted garage. This renovated building is located near Altkirch in the commune of Hirtzbach in the heart of the Sundgau.
Fabien, who has been in the brewing business for 20 years, brews beers with passion and develops his own recipes. There are now 10 recipes and he is constantly thinking about how to improve the details. The choice to brew only beers made from organically grown ingredients was a natural one.
The brewery is expanding its field of action towards new customers by responding to the growing demand for our beers. Whether in kegs or bottles, they supply individuals, restaurants, bars and other events.
The beers of the Brewery Quatre Pays are neither filtered nor pasteurised. Their evolution is natural and the pleasure of drinking them permanent!
