Brouwerij Medemblik has a rich history of transformation and innovation. In 2016, we installed a complete 10hl brewery project with a CIME CAREDDU bottling line at the former Stadsbrouwerij. We managed the entire process, from engineering to installation and commissioning. When the brewery faced challenging times, it was taken over by a new investor with a different vision. The original installation was sold to a brewery on Ameland, and Medemblik opted for a fresh approach. In 2022, we supported the transition to a modern 5hl brewpub, including tailor-made adjustments and an optimized brewing process.
