In December 2024, we completed the installation of Hoopoe Brewpub in Saint-Pierre-des-Corps, near Tours.
We provided a full turnkey solution, including an automatic malt dosing system, a 10 hl brewhouse, fermentation tanks, and an automatic CIP system. We handled the engineering, installation, and commissioning. The brewpub is set to open in spring 2025. The first beers are currently being bottled and kegged for export.
