Initiated by the ‘Adepts of St. Joseph’, a number of volunteers from Winksele/Herent, initially brewed to raise funds for the restoration of a statue. Now it is moulting into a real village brewery in Winksele. Master brewer Dimitri Staelens conjures up the tastiest beers from the tanks every weekend!
