For Brasserie Lingone, we delivered a complete project, including an automated malt dosing system, a 20hl brew house with 4 vessels, fermentation tanks, a CIP unit, etc. The installation features a high level of automation to ensure an efficient and consistent brewing process. Additionally, we supported Brasserie Lingone with the engineering, installation, and startup of the entire brewery.
