For Vrije Universiteit Brussel, we delivered a 5HL and 60L pilot plant as a complete turnkey project, including everything from the malt mill to the fermentation tanks and all necessary equipment.
They specialize in the research of aging sour beers without the use of wooden barrels. The entire process is monitored with sensors, from the brewhouse through to the fermentation tanks, ensuring precise control and valuable data for their research.
