In 2019, they brewed around 3000 litres weekly and 15000 litres were always fermenting, maturing or lagering. These can be various beers and recipes. Their own beers or a collabrew with one of their befriended breweries. They also lager various beers on wooden barrels which are all available in their tasting room.
