Petite Brasserie Martiniquaise – 20 hl

In 2019, we completed a full turnkey 20hl brewery project for Petite Brasserie Martiniquaise in Sainte-Luce, Martinique, from malt mill to bottle filler. This installation enables the brewery to efficiently produce their high-quality craft beers. Under the leadership of brewmaster and founder Aymeric Vasson, the brewery produces various beers, including “BAM,” an unfiltered and unpasteurized Pale Ale that won a gold medal at the Concours Agricole de Paris in 2022.
