The story of 3 brasseurs began in Lille in 1986 when 3 friends decided to open their own micro-brewery.
The idea was simple at the time: to open a restaurant where the beer would be of high quality and brewed on the spot.
The three friends found the ideal place in Lille on the site of a café called Le grand Chagnot. The cuisine is designed to go with the beer, with dishes from the north and Alsace.
